About this policy
Zinpaw operates zinpaw.com, a platform for creator posts, live broadcasts, community interactions and available shopping features. This policy explains how information is handled when you use these services. Contact Zinpaw at support@zinpaw.com with privacy questions.
Information you provide
We collect account details such as your name, email address and password credentials when you register; profile information you choose to provide; uploaded images, videos and music; posts, comments, messages and live content; and information you submit for business, seller, sponsorship or creator applications. Orders and payment activity may include delivery details, transaction amounts, purchase records and payment-provider identifiers.
Google sign-in
When you choose Google sign-in, we request your basic identity information through the openid, email and profile permissions. Google may return your Google account identifier, verified email address, display name and profile picture. Our current login implementation stores your Google account identifier and Zinpaw account link, and uses your email and name to create or identify your account. It does not save the returned Google profile picture. We do not request access to your Gmail messages, contacts, Drive files or calendar. We do not receive your Google password. Google sign-in information is used for authentication and account management, not sold to advertisers. You can revoke Zinpaw access in your Google Account connections settings; revocation does not itself delete your Zinpaw account.
Technical information and cookies
We use session cookies to keep you signed in and a short-lived cookie to protect Google sign-in. Browser storage may retain preferences and draft settings. Our server records account visit IP addresses and visit times; operational logs may include request and device or browser information. Location information may be provided by you or associated with network information where supported. Camera and microphone permissions are used when you choose recording or live features.
How we use information
We use information to provide accounts and content features, deliver messages and notifications, operate live broadcasts, process available purchases and creator activity, respond to support requests, moderate content, prevent abuse and fraud, maintain security, troubleshoot errors and meet applicable obligations. Public creator and product information may appear in discovery and promotional features.
Visibility and sharing
Profile details and content you publish are visible according to the feature and audience you choose. Live content is transmitted to participants and viewers. Direct messages are provided to the intended recipient; authorized administrators may access stored information for moderation, security and support. We use service providers for hosting, live transmission and payment processing, including LiveKit for live services and Stripe for payments. Sellers receive information needed to fulfill their orders. We may disclose information when legally required, to protect users or our rights, or as part of a business transfer with applicable privacy protections. We do not sell Google sign-in information.
Payments
Payment details are collected by Stripe through its payment interface. Zinpaw stores transaction and provider reference information; it does not store your complete card number or card security code. Payment providers handle information under their own privacy policies. Available payment methods and whether a transaction is in test or live mode depend on the platform configuration.
Retention and security
We retain account and content information while needed to operate the service, and retain relevant transaction, security or dispute records for legitimate operational and legal purposes. Retention varies by record type; there is no single fixed period for all data. Deletion requests are reviewed subject to identity verification and applicable retention obligations. Backups and recipient copies may persist beyond removal from the active service. We use measures such as protected session cookies and hashed password credentials, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can edit information and remove content where those controls are available, decline optional device permissions, and log out. To request access, correction, a copy of your information, or deletion of your account and associated data, email support@zinpaw.com from your account email address with the subject Privacy request. We may verify your identity before acting. Available rights depend on your location and applicable law. Google connection access can also be managed through your Google Account.
Children and international processing
Zinpaw is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact support@zinpaw.com so we can review and remove it as appropriate. Information may be processed where Zinpaw and its service providers operate, including outside your country.
